Google Adwords Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Google Ads expert! We have an opening in our agency for a Digital Media Strategist, which is a fancy title for a complex and rewarding position!

Our Digital Department supports our Sales team with account management of clients’ digital campaigns. This means we are seeking an individual who knows how to build Google Ad campaigns, optimize accounts on a daily to weekly basis dependent on the client’s needs, and strategize the best campaign outcome for clients’ budgets. Account management duties will be required by delivering results to clients on a monthly basis and answering campaign questions.

80% of this position is running digital campaigns and 20% is reporting and account management.

Additional Skills/Experience Needed:
• Previous experience with Google Analytics also desired.
• Excel and Google Data Studio experience is needed to compile monthly reporting for our clients. Clear communication skills are vital.
• A quick learner with a curious mind who loves to stay up to date on digital industry trends is key!
• Mathematical and analytical qualities are important to be a good fit for this position. So are the ability to prioritize, organize, and have a high sense of urgency.
• The ability to research and vet 3rd party vendors is a plus.
• Some experience running social media campaigns through Facebook and Instagram Ad platform is also helpful.
• There isn’t any graphic design required for this position as we have a full production department for those campaign components.

This is NOT an entry-level position so experience is required.

Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager!

The Account Manager will support our sales team with account management of existing and new clients’ campaigns. These may include TV, radio, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, geofencing, social media, streaming audio, YouTube, and others!

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison and contact between the clients and the Agency to answer questions, deliver results reports, schedule meetings, obtain creative approvals, and budget approvals.

Additional Skills/Experience Needed:

• The ability to prioritize, organize, and have a high sense of urgency is a must for this position.
• A quick learner with a curious mind who loves to stay up to date on industry trends is key.
• Previous experience with using Google Analytics and building Google Ad campaigns is a plus.
• Previous experience with Excel and Google Data Studio is also a plus.
• Previous experience working in an advertising agency or marking firm is strongly preferred.

Graphic & Web Designer

The Graphic & Web Designer is responsible for creating and maintenance of websites as well as digital content that targets consumer engagement and acceptably meets the client’s needs and expectations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, customize, and launch client websites.
• Review, monitor, and edit client websites to ensure they are up to date with current content and promotional assets.
• Perform core/theme/plugin file updates on client websites to ensure continued compatibility, functionality, and security.
• Troubleshoot various client website issues.
• Maintain the accounts for the agency/client hosting provider, domain name registrar, and online form database.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for clients; design creative and engaging digital campaigns that meet client needs and are within established time schedules.
• Work with the digital team to add/maintain clients’ website analytics, tracking, and conversion code as required for Google and Facebook campaigns.
• Complete monthly email campaigns for specific clients.
• Meet with the production team, sales team, digital team, and company president to determine the status and direction of various projects.
• Research the latest advancements, features, regulations, and best practices pertaining to web design, coding, relevant software programs, search engine/social media functionality, advertising laws, etc.
• Upload, maintain, organize, and backup files as needed on the shared internal server.
• Properly log and document daily production activities to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within the allocated budget.
• Properly complete and file co-op documentation, release documentation, and any additional legal documents.
• Deliver finished creative assets, per traffic instructions.
• Provide assistance and backup for all members of the production team in order to balance and mitigate workloads.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with the WordPress CMS and the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, etc.) A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO/SEM best practices. Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, and Bootstrap preferred. Must be familiar with various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Digital Media Manager

The Digital Media Manager develops digital marketing strategies designed to meet and achieve client objectives. In addition, the Manager is responsible for the management and assignment of the workload for the digital media team.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage digital media team: assign work, monitor assignments & assess performance, providing feedback to team members as needed.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection of new hires.
• Coach & counsel team members for performance of job duties and provide ongoing training and development related to best practices, new products, or tactics.
• Address employee complaints. Discuss and/or report any employee issues with Business Operations Manager and/or President.
• Oversee the implementation and launch of digital marketing strategies by team members.
• Interpret and apply established marketing strategies to accomplish client objectives.
• Assist team, as needed, with client reporting.
• Monitor progress of team members against project/assignment goals and timelines.
• Discuss with team issues and challenges and together identify resolutions along with next steps.
• Troubleshoot ongoing issues and provide guidance to team members as they execute campaigns.
• Collaborate and review projects and progress with Account Managers to ensure client goals/objectives are being met.
• Respond to requests for information or training from employees and clients.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technology changes and innovations; may recommend the usage and integration of new technology based on trends and client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
