Legacy Homes needed a balanced marketing plan that would help them reach all clients across the Greater Omaha Metro Area. Our efforts have helped them reach new heights, and we even recently helped them to celebrate a milestone of 1000 homes sold! Laying a Solid Foundation

Before we got started planning, we went to work on correcting some listing issues and made sure Legacy Homes would be able to capture all organic leads possible. We think it’s important to have all organic channels operating efficiently before moving on to paid advertising options.

A good campaign needs a great website! While laying out the framework of their marketing plan, we also built Legacy Homes a new site to feature items like floor plans and event promotions. Within a short period of time we had introduced their new website, and begun implementing a digital marketing campaign to direct traffic to the site.

Stop and Mingle

Is there anything better than getting to interact with neighbors and potential clients face-to-face? We don’t think so, and one of the most rewarding aspects of the Legacy Homes campaign is promoting their events. Our campaigns have helped to increase turnout at these events with people who are ready to start the purchase process.
