Digital Media Specialist

Position Summary

The Digital Media Specialist serves as a direct support to the Director of Digital Strategy, the Agency’s definitive expert on digital advertising techniques and processes. The Digital Media Specialist assists directly with daily monitoring and optimization tasks, new account set up, and reporting across all digital marketing channels under the direct supervision of the Director of Digital Strategy. Other duties as assigned.

The Digital Media Specialist would assist Right Idea Media & Creative with client work pertaining to Google Adwords, Bing, Display Advertising, Facebook, YouTube, Programmatic Video Pre-roll, Targeted Email Campaigns, Mobile Geofencing, and more.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

  • Follow set optimization procedures and checklists.
  • Assist in the creation of new client advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of budget estimates and client proposals.
  • Assist in the deployment of new creative on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Assist in performance checks and optimization at request of Director of Digital Strategy,or Account Managers and Executives.
  • Building rapport and developing relationships with clients through timely, value-added discussions.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports on a monthly basis.

Account Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for assisting Account Executives in engaging with, and delegating tasks related to our current, new, and prospective accounts on a monthly basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the day to day tasks associated with our clients brought in through our sales processes by:

  • Act as primary liaison between accounts and Agency;
  • Follow up with client for all media and campaign related manners; including creative approval;
  • Assign monthly marketing tasks to production, media, and digital teams;
  • Work with Digital, Media, & Production departments to ensure delivery of marketing assets and campaigns on time;
  • Get budgets approved monthly with a signed approval from client; provide information to Accounting department;
  • Ensure monthly digital/results reports are generated and reported back to client;
  • Set client meetings;
  • Answer any client questions;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Copywriters are responsible for writing online blog content that is optimized for SEO. Writing for multiple blog topics requires: excellent writing skills, research, proofreading, spell checking, acquiring relevant imagery, and uploading digital content to accompany advertising visuals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The typical creative process can involve:

  • Discussing the client’s core message and target audience
  • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
  • Writing and presenting a few options to clients
  • Modifying copy until the client is satisfied
  • Overseeing the production phase
